I recently enjoyed a pleasant stay in a King Room. The staff were exceptionally helpful, offering great recommendations for local dining, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect for exploring Charlotte's vibrant areas. However, the street noise was a bit disruptive during the night.

Also, the hot water in the shower was fickle, running out quickly. The ice machine on my floor was out of commission and had to visit multiple floors to find a working one. The door to my room required extra effort to close properly, bringing up safety concerns. Noise seeped in from the hallway, making it difficult to enjoy peace and quiet. Lastly, charging for breakfast when it was already included in the package felt frustrating and unnecessary.
